How does the cleanse work? Each day you will:
drink lemon water first thing
enjoy 4 meals and snacks
perform an easy to learn yoga routine for helping the detoxing process
go for a walk to keep the lymph moving
post any questions on the group F.B. page and get answers swiftly!!
post comments, pictures of your "food as art", your results so far etc. to keep it fun, engaged and inspired

Simple, straight forward, and highly affective!!!
Will I just be drinking juice, taking herbs, and starving myself? No... not unless you want to! If you are experienced and choose to drink all juice for some of the days that is totally fine. Otherwise you will be eating plenty of food. You will not feel starving and you are allowed to snack! This diet works because it is easily assimilated, high in fiber, highly nourishing and nutritious, it eliminates all potential food allergies & sensitivities, it eliminates the foods that are acidic or that create mucus & that take more work for the body to digest. For those that would like the additional herbal support our herbalist has suggested a few options and is available to work one on one with any specific issues. You may choose to work with one amazing herb by itself, or an herbal detox tea, or an herbal detox kit, if you like. It is a good time to do so if you wish because of the additional support, but it is not necessary for this program to be affective.
I have never done yoga... Will this yoga be too hard? The yoga routine, while being extremely affective for detoxing, is very basic. Easy enough for first timers.
