About the Diet:

This cleansing / transitional eating program is a culmination of 10 years of first hand experience doing cleanses, leading cleanses and research.  The recipes are all vegan, gluten free, low fat, highly cleansing, delicious, and very nutrient dense!  It is built so that you have two options.  One is a deeper cleanse the other is a little more gentle.  Both will do the job of re-setting your health and getting you ready for a more healthy lifestyle!

There will be no guess work for you.  All meals are planned out and there are many recipes to choose from.  

This is not just about the food.  You will also be doing a few potent cleansing technique options to add on certain days to take it to the next level.  
 
Will I just be starving myself?
No... absolutely not!!  You will be eating plenty of food.  You will not feel starving and you are allowed to snack!  This diet works because it is easily assimilated, high in fiber, highly nourishing and nutritious, it eliminates all potential food allergies & sensitivities, it eliminates the foods that are acidic or that create mucus &  that take more work for the body to digest. The techniques and foods included are all gentle and healing for your liver, kidneys and digestive organs.

I have never done yoga... Will this yoga be too hard?
The yoga routine, while being extremely effective for detoxing, is very basic.  Easy enough for first timers.
